Rollform and Decoiler Line Maintenance Weekly Checklist
Visually check all tooling clearance with mirror. Make sure gap appears correct across entire station. Check with feeler guage if a gap appears incorrect.
Visually check tooling and any moving parts for signs of wear.
Run and jog machine empty and listen for any unusual noises and pinpoint cause.
Visually inspect under, in, and around machine for any signs of wear(material accumulation e.g. paint dust, metal shavings, rubber dust, oil, loose screws, etc.)
Physically check bolts on uncoiler arms
Check for adequate tension on drive chains (Rollformer & Uncoiler)

Physically check sprocket set screws-Power down, lock out, remove guard panels, remove motor chain(s), rotate shafts and tighten all loose set screws, Apply BLUE locktite as needed.
Physically check clearance gaps between top and bottom dies and make adjustments as needed.
Visually check sprockets for unusual wear.
Physically check for other loose bolts, nuts, and screws.
